You can't park in front of the hotel without risking a warning. best drive into the Q parking garage first. The hotel offers a discount on the hourly rate.

Baby cot was not in the room despite previous inquiry and reservation. Since we arrived late and had a whining child with us, it would have been an advantage if the bed had already been in the room. Short parking in front of the hotel was unfortunately not possible. Somewhat difficult to unload the luggage. Cold ventilation in the hotel that couldn't be exhibited.

the graded 3*** hotel is more a 4* than a 3*. excellent location, the room is clean and comfortable, fair price, and rich tasty breakfast (not included).

I think that breakfast should be included!

The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly throughout our stay. The city view from our room was excellent and made our mornings special.

The place was clean with extremely friendly and excellent staff members. The breakfast was wonderful for vegetarian, with local food. Had good and ideal location to historic centre, very close to Astrid Square Antwerp.

Shower was filthy & mouldy with cracked floor, walls were scuffed and dirty, curtain in room was ripped, we were charged more than the price quoted on Booked.net

The super fast WiFi and nice toiletries. The big bathroom was great, and I even got to fully relax in the massage room. Just a heads up, the breakfast options were okay but could be better 😊

The staff was friendly, our room was a bit small but clean and reasonably comfortable. The hotel location was very good.

The curtains in the room were too short and did not prevent light to come inside. We woke up very early in the morning due to that.

The staff were amazing, the facilities were excellent as was the rate. Small things like the staff always being geniunely friendly as well as supplying for free needed bathroom items made this Hotel outstanding. The hotel is literally seconds away from the Antwerp train station making it central to almost anything. I will be posting a very flattering review on Booked.net

The only thing was that without air conditioning in the room, I found it at times to be too warm. Evenings with the window open were fine, but during the day it was bordering on uncomfortabe.
